Policies/Terms and Conditions


  • Prices shown are the total prices per item. *
  • Any product damaged or found to be defective out of box will be repaired or replaced promptly. Freight damage must be reported by phone, fax or email within 24 hours of receipt so we may initiate replacement and contact the carrier.
  • Canceled orders, returns or exchanges of in-stock items may be subject to a restocking/processing fee of 5% to 15% depending upon the item.
  • Special order and non-stock items are not returnable.
  • At our sole discretion we may elect to accept cancellation or returns of non-stock, special-ordered, sale or discounted items less a restocking fee, plus the actual shipping charge.
  • Clocks or bases customized with engraving, special order items or any item that is modified are not returnable.
  • Returns which are missing parts will be credited less the cost of replacing the parts which were not returned
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Any product returned must be undamaged, unused, in its original factory-labeled box and re-stockable as new. All returns are subject to inspection. Those fitting re-stock criteria will be credited as above. At our option we may offer to accept a return which does not meet the restocking criteria herein, subject to a percentage charge.
  • Returns will not be accepted of any item which has been modified or which is not accompanied by its original carton and packing materials, key, screws and instructions (when applicable).
  • Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of shipment.
  • All clocks are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. A written bill of sale will be furnished as proof of warranty.
  • All clocks sold are 100% genuine, new, unused and with traceable serial numbers and in factory-sealed cartons unless specified as vintage or one of a kind items.
  • Your address, name, phone number and email are NEVER sold, loaned, given away or used inappropriately - ever.
  • Your satisfaction is of paramount importance to me. I want you to look at your fine Chelsea Clock years from now and be pleased not only with the clock but with the transaction as well. It is my goal to create a pleasant, memorable purchasing experience for all of my customers.
  • All sales are final on items offered on the SALE page. No returns or exchanges.
  • Anything shown on our SALE page is in stock for immediate shipment. Other items shown throughout the site should be considered non-stock or special order. Engraved items are always non-stock. Please allow up to five weeks for delivery of non-stock items.
  • All sales are governed by Arizona Law
  • If you place an order through our web stores or by phone with a credit card and request cancellation and refund, we will refund the balance less any bank fees which are charged to us as these are not refunded to us once you place an order. If we need to cancel an order we will waive the fees and may treat an order as a special case at our sole option.


*Shipping is free on most items I sell. However, there will be a nominal shipping charge for some lower-cost items when ordered by themselves.
