Most companies offer customer service. We just do it better.

So you are thinking about buying one of the world's finest clocks or perhaps you already own one. A high priority question is "What do I do when I need service or repairs?"

I can help you in several ways:

We service what we sell...

First, I personally hold USA, Canadian and Swiss watchmaking certifications and a Swiss instructor's certificate. I have been repairing fine timepieces for over 35 years and can offer full mechanical and cosmetic work including the fabrication of parts for antique timepieces. I can evaluate and repair and/or restore your clock, allowing a family heirloom to take on a whole new life for generations to come. I will stack my work up against that of anyone in terms of quality and professionalism.

Second, Chelsea and I often work in concert on a restoration, combining my skills with those of the factory, for instance in the restoration of hand-silvered dials. This gives you the best of both worlds in true, old-world professional style. You also have the option of deciding for yourself where to have your clock serviced and your choices will always be supported and respected here.

So call me to discuss service, repairs or restorations and we can go over all of the options available to you.
